This is entry number 500 in my humble weblog. I've been at this since September, 2002. Number 500 seems worth celebrating...so here's a nice dump of interesting links I've collected over the past week or so:

• "Portfolios to Webfolios and Beyond: Levels of Maturation" by Douglas Love, Gerry McKean, and Paul Gathercoal in Educause Quarterly. Really only interesting if you're in education.
• A CIO Magazine look at project weblogs: "The Virtues of Chitchat ." Nothing new if you've been following weblogs for a while. I've been using project weblogs, with mixed success, for a while now.
• How to size text using ems.
• Lou Rosenfeld points to the new Barrington Report on Advanced Knowledge Organization and Retrieval (BRAKOR).
• An interesting-looking Adaptive Path report on labels.
• Peter Moreville's new Findability.org.
